It’s that time of year when many people regret not keeping their New Year’s resolutions to lose weight. Swimsuit season is just around the corner, and time is running out.

Of course, how you look at the beach or swimming pool isn’t the only reason to lose weight. A better reason to lose weight is so you’ll be ready in case the SHTF. If you’re trying to survive a disaster, the last thing you want is to be tired and out of breath all the time. Being fit will vastly improve your chances of making it through whatever emergency hits your area.

But what is the best way to get in shape? Canadian Prepper has the answer. The truth is, you shouldn’t spend one single penny trying to lose weight. Pretty much every weight loss program is a waste of money because the truth is, all you have to do is exercise everyday, sweat a lot, and count your calories. It’s that simple.

    Tony, how would I adapt this plan as a older adult with mobility issues and COPD?
