One reason I’m a prepper is because I don’t want to end up in a FEMA camp during a disaster. I’m sure plenty of FEMA workers mean well, but they are underfunded and woefully incompetent. If you think they screwed up during hurricane Katrina, just imagine what a mess things will be during an even longer disaster that affects a much larger area. Conditions in FEMA camps will get so bad that chaos will erupt. The last place you want your family is in a dirty, crowded camp full of hungry, angry people.
Don’t believe it will be that bad? Then check out this article by Modern Combat and Survival. They list 5 scary facts about FEMA that you probably didn’t know. If this doesn’t motivate you to become a prepper, I don’t know what will.

What made them so incompetent in that situation – and do you have any reason to think they’ll be any better at handling a disaster that strikes near you?” Follow the link below to keep reading.
