Just because it’s the dead of winter doesn’t mean your garden should be dead. If you live in a mild climate where there is still some greenery on the ground or in the trees (like here in the Florida panhandle), it is possible to have a garden. Most of it will have to be leafy greens, but there are a few other options.
John from Growing Your Greens uploaded a video showing off the many vegetables he recently planted such as beets, bok coy, broccoli, lettuce, mustard greens, sugar snap peas, and more. Now that the holidays are over, this might be something fun to do over the weekend.
