Black Friday and Cyber Monday Deals

Thanks to Black Friday, Cyber Monday and various holiday specials, right now is the best time of year to stock up on survival supplies. I want to use this post to point out a few places where you can find great deals now and through the end of the year.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday Deals Your best bet is Amazon.com which has truly become the Walmart of the Internet. Keep an eye on this Sports and Outdoors page. Unlike the standard Sports and Outdoors category page, this one highlights all their Black Friday deals and holiday discounts. There are also special pages for Hunting and Fishing, Camping and Hiking, and Cyber Monday deals.

Nitro Pak sells just about every type of survival product there is, and right now they have a lot of stuff for up to 80% OFF. In addition, all Backpacker’s Pantry foods are on sale until December 5th.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday Deals Another great place to stock up is The Ready Store. As of this writing, all Saratoga Farms dehydrated foods are 15-25% off. Check out their weekly promotion page to see what’s on sale. They also have a daily deal every single day. That last link is a great page to watch in case something you’ve been needing goes on sale.

Here are a few others worth looking at: SafeCastle has a huge variety of high quality survival food and gear. If you visit their site, take note of the “Now On Special” link in the left column. LPC Survival sells all sorts of supplies but their main focus is on water filtration systems. I expect them to have some deals on Berkey water filter systems soon. Finally, AreYouPrepared.com has all sorts of sales listed on their home page this week. If you already have plenty of food and basic necessities, check out Security Pro USA for some of the hardcore stuff.

    Great tips.  Amazon charges the merchants selling on their site15% of the total purchase price including shipping for each product sold.  I have found that many times you can get the product cheaper if you go directly to the merchant’s web page since the merchant has to make up for the fees that Amazon charges them. I have also found great deals on prepping supplies at into-the-wilderness.com which was much lower than Amazon.
